The CLS Tea-light Candle Pressing Machine is suitable to produce flat-bottom Tea-light Candles of 10-23g in weight. By changing the mold plate and presses, and adjusting the length of rods, candles of various specifications can be produced, with neat appearance, accurate and uniform weight. The material filling, pressing and shaping are automatic. Each candle has a hole in centre to facilitate the candle wicking.
The CLZ Tea-light Candle Rotary Pressing Machine is suitable to produce concave-bottom Tea-light Candles of 9-23g in weight, without changing the mould. The amount of wax powder in the mould and height of the candle can be adjusted by controlling the length of travel of the lower press. The material filling, pressing and shaping are automatic. Each candle has a hole in centre to facilitate the candle wicking.
The Automatic Tea-light Candle Production Line consists of 1 set of CLZ24 Pressing Machine, 5 sets of Tea-light Assembling Equipment (for inserting the wick, tabbing the wick, and putting the candle in the aluminum cup), 1 Aluminum Cup Sorting Machine, and 3 Conveyor Belts.
