This machine is used to coat a thin layer of wax around the raw candle wick. It is automatic, highly productive, user friendly and durable. Operator needs no special training.
This waxed wick is tight and commonly used in the Tea-light Candles and some Pillar Candles. It is packed arround spools, as show in the photo on the left below.
 
After being coated the spools are moved to the Wick Cutting Machine (Click Here), where the wick is cut to a selected length and the safety tab (or sustainer tab) is crimped onto the end, as shown on the right above. |
